How long does it take from placing an order to delivery to the port?
Production time after order placement is approximately 20-30 days, depending on order quantity and workshop production schedule. Land transportation from the factory to the port takes one day, so delivery time is subject to confirmation based on the specific order.

How do we install the system after we receive the house? Is there any professional guidance?
Our sales staff will send buyers detailed installation instructions and videos, covering every required installation area. Our homes are 95% prefabricated in our factory, so upon receipt, buyers only need to perform some simple unpacking and screw tightening to complete the installation. We can provide online guidance via text, flowcharts, phone calls, and videos. In some areas, we can arrange for on-site installation by our sales staff.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is one set, but due to shipping costs, we recommend ordering in full containers. For example, two 20-foot expansion rooms can be fully integrated into one 40-cubic-meter container for the most economical shipping costs.
